Good day to remember that a US President has no inherent power over tariffs whatsoever. It’s not like war powers or pardons. It’s entirely delegated by Congress to deal with emergencies. GOP Congress cld modify that law tonight and bring this to a screeching halt.

NYT Tomorrow: “Whether it’s Trump ejecting the Associated Press for using banned words or Democrats objecting to 19-year-old racist incels getting access to Social Security numbers, both parties have a problem with exclusion.”
Statement from the NYT: "We stand by the Associated Press in condemning repeated acts of retribution by this administration for editorial decisions it disagrees with. Any move to limit access or impede reporters doing their jobs is at odds with the press freedoms enshrined in the Constitution."
The White House says it will bar the Associated Press from the Oval Office and Air Force One indefinitely due to the news outlet's use of Gulf of Mexico
