Is it #PeopleBased or #PlaceBased Strategies? Impacted communities reside across cities and counties. Wouldn’t an initiative that addressed “deficits at the individual level” be all encompassing? #BontonFarms effort in Houston, TX refutes that argument. Choose wisely!
