A shorter run again this morning. I've been feeling tired these past few days but still wanted to run. I was a bit tired at the end but not over tired, so running a bit less was the good decision. Met up with 1 runner twice, waved hello both times. #running

Doggie March わんわん忠臣蔵 , a 1963 Toei anime film. Throughout my watch of it, I kept thinking that it felt less like a japanese film, more like an american or european film. It certainly had an amazing climactic fight at the end. #anime

I did a shorter run this afternoon. Light rain was falling and I was still tired from staying up too late last night. Sometimes, it's best to just shorten your route than tired yourself too much. #running

This afternoon's run started well, but as I neared the end, the skies clouded over & the temperature dropped a few degrees. Being a stat holiday, the park was very busy. Met up with 1 roller skier, 2 runners, 4 cyclists. Waved hello. #running

From my comics collection, Giant Size Marvel Triple Action #1, reprinting Avengers #31, Daredevil #20 & the Doctor Strange story from Strange Tales #122. In the 1970's, Marvel had a lot of reprint series that allowed readers to catch up on 1960's comics. #comics

From my comics collection, Giant Size Marvel Triple Action #1, reprinting Avengers #31, Daredevil #20 & the Doctor Strange story from Strange Tales #122. In the 1970's, Marvel had a lot of reprint series that allowed readers to catch up on 1960's comics. #comics
This morning's run went well. It was cooler than yesterday, but dressing up for a cool autumn day, along with a strong sun, made things go well. The park was very busy with a lot of dog walkers with long leashes (wish they could reign in these dogs). Met up with 1 runner, waved hello. #running

Anne Shirley, the 2025 anime series. This was a very good show. The only negative: episodes 11-15 that adapt book 2, but that's due to Montgommery. The rest is excellent. I really enjoyed it. It was fun just seeing a series about overall good people. 4 out of 5 stars. #anime #anneshirley #アン・シャーリー

This afternoon's run was better. While temperatures & humidity were similar to Tuesday, I was better dressed. I also changed location for my stretch break. It made the 2nd half much better. At one point, I was following a runner. Met up at the parking lot. Waved hello. #running

I was under dressed for this afternoon's run. With the temperature at 6°, 95% humidity & 20km westerly wind, it was cold. It took a long time for my hands to warm up. The good news is that the rain lately has raised the lake's level a bit. Met up with 1 runner, waved hello. #running

Today's run was a change of scenery at Mapleton Park. I wanted to do about 8km. While the main circuit is 5km, there are side trails that can help to extend the run. Using a bit of planning, I did 7.9km. Pretty good. The park itself was very busy, I was going around people a lot. #running

This afternoon's run was the start of my autumn/winter schedule. Now that cycling season is over, I will be running more. Wind was strong today, but running inside a forest helps. As I was finishing up my stretch break, I heard a train moving in the adjacent industrial park. #running

It was a really nice day for a run. Temos were perfect. Saw a father & son setting off on a canoe on the lake. Saw them again after I had gone all the way around. Met with 2 runners, waved hello. #running
