I've spent most of 2025 not playing video games, but to balance the routine of workouts, movies, and Gundam play, I gotta get back into some games. Also got a nice little book collection to catch up on.

Played through about 75% of DK Bananza and then sold it... it was fun, but not so much that I was truly compelled to finish it.

I bought on release, but waited to be in the right "mood" to play 1000X Resist. It was the right move.
Played all day yesterday and some of today, completing what is EVEN BETTER than I had expected. It's rare that a game has a message, fulfills a strong narrative, AND meets a social need like this.

Played "well" enough to go 2-2 at today's Gundam tourney, but got really lucky across pulls, trades, and sales. Extremely productive and even got to remote work at a local cafe. ☺️
