Charlie Kirk helped form the political, authoritarian, and fascist climate we encounter today. Stop mythologizing him as some legitimate political voice who was engaging in democratic discourse. His goal was to destroy democracy and it led to his downfall.

The claims that she “limited” speech in the classroom were false, but that didn’t fit the Turning Points narrative. Instead, that act of political violence, violation of privacy laws, and targeted harassment exposes that Charlie Kirk used his org to make himself rich while deploying hate and fear.

They then made that recording public and released the TA’s name which resulted in harassment, threats, and scorn directed towards the TA. She was so barraged that she had to leave Marquette and switched universities. 3/

Turning Points recruited an undergrad to surreptitiously record that TA, with help from the notorious (and now dead) professor, John McAdams, and to catch her in a “controversial” statement that they claimed “limited the student’s speech” in class discussion. 2/
