For those of you who haven't read the executive order about Alaska, it does a lot more than open ANWR to drilling and renaming Denali. They are going to revisit ANCSA, which gave lands back to Alaska Natives and was settled in 1971.

For those of you who haven't read the executive order about Alaska, it does a lot more than open ANWR to drilling and renaming Denali. They are going to revisit ANCSA, which gave lands back to Alaska Natives and was settled in 1971.

A president’s executive order cannot undo a law or a Supreme Court decision, let alone a provision of the Constitution. Forget that and you do have a dictatorship on day one.

We’re a small divided town with a ways to go, but I’ve never been more inspired than today by the thousands who showed up for ☮️, 🟰, and ❤️. Hate begets hate, and we can only overcome darkness with love and compassion. Let’s create a world we can be proud of—one that accepts everyone.
