Sorry for the radio silence the last few weeks. It’s been a rough few weeks in education, especially in Texas, for obvious reasons. Times like these make me glad I’m not a frequent social media user.

A much needed and relevant book that shows that a lack of understanding the past leads to a tragic repeat of our own monstrous mistakes as a country. It’s so important to learn about the perspectives of those outside yourself so that the fear of the unknown becomes compassionate understanding.
