'Tis frog season at Tapir Valley, so it's been a lot of late nights stomping around in the forest, trying not to step on snakes.
The Rufous-eyed Brook Frog (Duellmanohyla rufioculis) is one of my favorites. They spend their whole lives near small creeks and springs.
