It’s not complicated, Latinos want a good jobs, become home owners, provide for their families, and live the American Dream. CA coastal elected officials have been making this nearly impossible by not building housing.

I think if you add transit agencies to EIFDs and w/ SB79 you could see Rail+Property implemented for transit

Pretty close. There's a mobile home park, transit residential, and urban residential zones (and buildings) right nearby. There's also a light rail station (Cisco Station - Orange Line) right next to the office buildings. There are also two other light rail lines a few blocks away.
