Sociologist, UIowa Associate Professor and author of On Critical Race Theory. Vice-President American Sociological Association. Former BIGS Racial Equity Fellow at Harvard Business School.
This is an important new working paper from Kwan Woo Kim and Laura Hamilton at Merced’s Higher Education, Race, & The Economy lab showing that states that introduced anti-DEI legislation hired fewer faculty from marginalized groups.
