Made pizza with caramelized onions, ricotta, and spinach for dinner last night. Dough was homemade (followed a 30-minute easy dough recipe from NYT Cooking). Between my berry jam buns on New Year’s Day and this pizza, yeasted breads are going to be my 2025 baking theme.

A couple months ago I broke a salt bowl that I bought on my bachelorette at Sheepshead Bay Pottery in Portland, ME. Tonight I started my kintsugi project to bring it back to life.
