Made pizza with caramelized onions, ricotta, and spinach for dinner last night. Dough was homemade (followed a 30-minute easy dough recipe from NYT Cooking). Between my berry jam buns on New Year’s Day and this pizza, yeasted breads are going to be my 2025 baking theme.
