Other moments I’ve reported on for BBC England over the last few months are the ceasefire agreement, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor losing his titles and the synagogue attack on the 2nd of October.

My key tips were: don’t let anyone put you in a box, network, say yes to all and any opportunities and if there is no opportunity, just do it yourself!

I spoke to people who spent £400 per ticket to see Oasis, who flew from Australia, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Croatia, who were going three times, who left their country of Japan for the first time ever to see Oasis, it was incredible. I also appreciated the bucket hat one interviewee gave me 😂

I’ve also started freelance newsreading for BBC Radio Manchester - it’s been great to get behind the mic and live broadcast again!
