Our roads need fresh gravel, they're getting dusty.

We were going through some sort of website transfer thing recently, but I thought that was over. Maybe it's not? I hope they're not getting swept, I was just referencing a handy chart last week and thought I should download it because I didn't have a copy saved. Hopefully it's not too late...

FS websites haven't been working consistently over the last few days.

Forest Service leadership is full of complacent wimps. They won't stand up for the hardworking people at the Forests and Districts. It's been a problem for a while, and now they'll just let this admin walk all over them until the agency dissolves.

Who still thinks it is at all reasonable to have any business dealing with or, worse, dependencies on this clown?

It’s just so sad. Most everyone I work with has cleared out their desks of personal items, prepared to be fired at any time.

I’m so sorry, the list is long, and these people did important and necessary work.

I am aware, and I also do not want that to happen. I’m just asking for tact and empathy for folks who are experiencing those hardships now.

Though all those things may be true. Bragging about not being in distress while people are frantically fighting our way through this seems snarky and hurtful.These are real humans cut off from their income, in a place they can’t afford to live, watching their sacrifices and values get trampled.

That’s great for Canada. We may actually lose ours, and as someone who is directly affected by that, your comment isn’t kind or helpful or funny.
