What is needed is a change in economic conditions! No more pyramid system but instead a Doughnut Economy. Where the whole of the community is more important. Where sustainability of life with great emphasis is on green policies! Kate Raworth is the creator of this concept!

It’s incredible how often we’re told these conditions are the product of fate rather than the result of deliberate decisions. Once you realize inequality is engineered, it becomes impossible to accept it as inevitable. Policy built this world, and policy can build a better one.

Examples: Government policies are directly associated with banks, health insurers and health providers becoming too-big-fail and concentrating wealth and power.

I served honorably during the Cold War, but now I NEED medicine every day to live. Without ACA subsidies my premiums will be more than our gross income. Trump's alleged credits wouldn't pay for 6 weeks of coverage.
