The Stone of Madness. Commandoslike stealth tactical action in a medieval Spanish asylum. The setting is very distinct, but control is finicky, and some of the more daring mechanics (like each character having a very specific fear) didn't really blossomed in the demo.

Antonblast by Summitsphere. The *other* Wariolike, but this throws any restraint out of the window; the amount of Juice™ on this would absolutely kill a victorian child. It is so extra it distracts from some of the game many qualities, like flowing level design, sharp animation and art direction.

Silent Sadie by Kapra Games.A silent film platformer with lovely musical integration(piano plimps as you jump, drum rolls as you fall).The movement kit feels at odds with the theming; bizarre pivot into stealth by the end too.An entire game's worth of different environments in just over a half hour.

Monomyth by Rat Tower. Very traditional dungeon-crawler-imsim while being refreshingly without grongnardiness (map available from start, unlimited quicksaves). Lovely physical interactions with the world. Very meat and potatoes, a filling meal nonetheless. And guess what? Dark Messiah kick.

Voin by Nikita Sozidar. Hyperkinetic first-person arpg with generous hitstop and melee reach and tasty dash-stop-dash combat rhythm. There are some loot shenanigans I did not care for, but I loved the open-ended exploration and Sakurai-esque pick-your-own difficulty. Also has Dark Messiah kick.

Hark the Ghoul by Deep Denizens.My heart flutters knowing that kingsfieldlikes are a thing now. This one does the homework well, with with combat balanced between jank and acessible and twisty turny world design. It borrows too much from its inspirations for my tastes, though. Has Dark Messiah kick.

Silly Polly Beast by Anji. A very cool, very stylized action-heavy survival-horror with an involved and emotional narrative, surreal sensibilities and a sense of real danger. Very interesting urban decay setting and some lovely catholic-guilt-core entities. A real gem, this one.

Mandragora by Primal Game Studio. Triple-A-as-fuck side-souls, with punchy combat, an enormous talent tree, and all other expected beats from a contemporary ARPG. Not exactly original, but the subtly stylized art direction and impressive environments make up for it.

10 Dead Doves by Duonix Studios. A peculiar tank-control narrative adventure. Whole thing was done by a couple of dudes, and it very much shows, in its oddball visual presentation and amateurish yet charming voice acting; an interesting contrast with its cinematic ambitions. Script is wonky though.

Symphonia by Sunny Peak. Intoxicatingly gorgeous precision platformer themed around classical music. The whole motif is very skin-deep, as the level design feels more attuned for speedruns than contemplation. Has a very distinct movement in bouncing your character and flinging yourself from objects.

The Posthumous Investigation by Mother Gaia Studio. A Machado-de-Assis-inspired time-loop detective game, it takes familiar elements (collecting and presenting evidence, interrogating suspects) in very crunchy, gamey ways that feels downright Ace Attorney.

Letalis by Monkiato.Pokémon with gladiators! Haven't seen this concept since Gladius.It adheres closely to that series in its identical aesthetics, which feels a bit at odds with the theme and the presence of permadeath(!). Combat feels a bit simple at the start, but show signs of interesting depth.
