On my last ride a heard a bang and after checking for a puncture carried on. When I got the bike out today I noticed a strange clicking sound on the back wheel. On inspection one of the spokes had snapped at the rim. I don't know how it didn't catch while I was riding, which could have been bad.

I knew that there was a trade in bulk books for aesthetics in pubs and shared spaces but I hadn't appreciated that it was so widespread on the consumer level. Of the many (too many) bookshelves here at least the books are read, or at least intended to be read.
