No, all libraries should not have animals that people are very commonly allergic to. That’s an absolutely shitty idea. The only animals libraries should have are service animals or animals in tanks.

If you have the chance to read Grey Dog by Elliot Gish, you definitely should! It’s slow paced, but I (someone who doesn’t really like slow paced books) enjoyed it a lot!
