So - last week - a surprise hydrangea bloom. The others had antiqued a while back. Maybe a reminder that we don’t have to bloom at the same time and things take time.

Flowers remind us that things will be ok and continue on. These daffodils are from bulbs my mom planted years ago that keep on blooming to brighten today. A day which is the first anniversary of her entrance into the church triumphant. May the best traits of her continue on and on.

I remember when the greatest national discourse and concern was the color of the president's suit color. I miss the good old days when Representatives, Senators, and Presidents followed the Constitution and our nations laws.

I took 30 mins and wrote my two senators and a rep. I wonder if it’ll change anything, but I’m glad to participate in the American experiment. You should too.

It’s yuletide season - at least on the camellias. Blooming flowers always remind me of the beauty in the world and that things continue on and will be ok.
