I am me, nobody else. . .
Found to be on the spectrum a few years back. It explained a lot, mainly the collapse of my tolerance for social stuff but mine comes with memory/concentration issues too. Did make my life so far a little clearer and a comfort in some ways.

If you have issues then I recommend Explorer Patcher. Gives you greater control og the Win11 UI. I deeply dislike the new UI and deliberately hidden options that were readily available in Win10. www.majorgeeks.com/files/detail...
ExplorerPatcher
ExplorerPatcher is an Open Source, portable executable that lets you customize the Windows 11 Start Menu, Taskbar, System Tray, File Explorer, and more.

I had years of my doctor just throwing different meds at me so I changed doctors & quickly got referrals. Even then "We're doing a brain scan but don't expect to find anything". Guess what they found ? My brain has structural issues. Always push for answers not just ideas/guesses/assumptions.

It isn't so bad, imagine what it's like for those even further North. My home town (which isn't really all that north overall) had about 15 minutes less day than we do down here on the soltice. Must say the extra long summer days were quite good though lol
Oh and Summer is coming !

Generally I think stressing anyone can increase suicidal thoughts, neurodivergent are more prone. Personally my diagnosis helped a lot since it explained a whole lot. Stress definitely makes things much worse but fortunately my survival instinct seems strong so the thoughts seldom last.

Amazing, although in winter many parts of the city are in B&W even these days . . .

Hopefully, but as ever a few nuisances are inevitably going to turn up at some point and try to install weird HOA stuff. . .
