the way her description of the chain of events contrasts from bsky's suggests that either bsky is lying (in which case she would post logs) or that she is emblematic of the stereotypical user/gaslighter who lies or omits truth after catching the hammer.

accepting that both sides may be concealing pertinent evidence, for so long as bsky team is not lying about her writing (see below) I can't find reason for anyone with community moderation experience to sympathize or trust her here without much more disclosure.

as a lay person it really feels like itch staff got way over their skis and never really scaled up staff competency to match the size of their marketplace. No PR team, lawyers on contingent, or crisis consultants.

it's completely legal for visa and mastercard to say oh idk "no clowns" and cut ties with anyone who won't commit to the no clown rule.

Mastercard and Visa have different deals with different sites depending on how much the sites spend on compliance, this is why OnlyFans can host certain content that itch (very short on staff relative to their market presence) can't.
