Yes and it’s trickled to other expenses. People didn’t have food so they used utility and rent money to buy food. Now they can’t pay those bills. (Hospital social worker here).

I am a hospital social worker and run a food pantry at the hospital. I have to regularly convince people to accept food from the pantry and to visit pantries in the community. The most common reason why they’re uncomfortable is that they used to volunteer and/or donate in the past.

It’s a challenge to find a human who is all bad or all good, except trump. The author did an excellent job in detailing the flaws while not erasing Ghandi’s importance.

I went to a gay nightclub last night with a few 40-50 year old mom friends. We’re cis-gendered. My cis-gendered, 21-year old son asked if he could come with me. I tried to talk him out of it. We had a great time. His 21-year old trans twin was home. Every parenting journey is different.
