No Kings Asbury Park was absolutely amazing. I brought my 21-year-old twins and one of my 15-year-old twins. They got to chat with a 70-something year old on the train who has been protesting since the 1960’s. She said she has never been so scared for this country as she is now.

My town, where I live with my kids, two of whom are LGBTQIA+. A Maggat truly showed his colors and compassionate, caring people showed theirs. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

When you read a book published in 1989 and it mentions some guy named Donald Trump. I grew up in the tristate area, knowing how Trump lacked taste and was known for razing middle class black neighborhoods. Once a dingleberry, always a dingleberry.

Parenting can be tough. Two sets of twins, 20 & 15, even tougher. A queer kid in each set of twins makes it a bit more challenging. But then my youngest shows me this book they checked out from the library and my tail wags.
