I finally finished my last supply of Naked Sundays SPF.

This is such a fab SPF for daily wear as it is so light and really effective.

I do a LOT of beauty stuff for TV. I rarely recommend products. But this is fabulous. I will buy (and I get so much free... but I will buy this again and again)

Oh that reminds me of a very old Grand Designs where they had space saving floating stairs. It was the one in Peckham with the retractable roof and bath under the bed. Those stairs were a step too far though...

Meet my new rescue pup: Augustus Ulysses Suoer-Hans Scragamuffin Bose. Or Gus the Scraggy bum as he’s more commonly known. He’s had a terrible life, came from a hoarding situation at a breeder and doesn’t have a clue how to be a dog. He’s also incredibly nervous of everything. #dogsofbluesky

it's more than that though - this headline is an absolute disgrace. The right wing press are becoming more brazen in crowing their hate and racism and it's incredibly concerning for us all, especially since a battered TV industry is following suit to try to boost viewing figures.

fun fact... Spuds "ghetto" flat in T2 was in Wauchope House in Greendykes. I lived in those flats between the age of 5 and 10 on the sixth floor. We used to play a game called dead people due to the suicides from the top of the multi. These were the local shops...
The local shops in Greendykes in Edinburgh. There was a chippy, a grocery shop and I can't remember what else. You can see how glorious and welcoming the architecture was. There's a dug. There was ALWAYS a dug hingin' aboot when I was wee. Any time you went out to play, a random dug would find you and tag along with the gang.

Garden looking blooming lovely if I say so myself. My little haven

There a large rock called Agnes who was liberated from our favourite beach on the Ile D’Oleron. My garden showing the bananas and the seating area. My small banana grove grew from one tiny reclacues banana from a closing down garden centre. It cost £5. Best fiver I have ever spent.

It’s awful. I’m so sorry. We knew it was coming too and it was awful. This cartoon makes me sob like mad but also feel better in a way. You can only give them the best life. My dog knew it was the end I think so I held his face and told him how much I loved him and how he was the best boy.

Sending love. I lost my best ever boy last month and it hurts like hell. He was an incredible dog, a very funny character and had so many human and dog friends. I know I gave him a good life but I still wish I'd had more time with him.
My beautiful boy Monty - I rescued him when he was just 4 months old and he lived until he was 12 1/2. A good age for a giant boy. He was half greyhound half deerhound, total hilarious arsehole. I made a perfume at a fancy Parfumerie in London and called it "Not Today Satan."

A perfume I made at the Experimental Perfume Club in London's Covent Garden. I called it "Not Today Satan" as I had come from a particularly mad morning at work. It's a fresh scent with a top note of Iris, very unlike my usual scents, but I wanted something different.
