this is not exactly trek but i have to shout out babylon five for everyone who hasn't seen it -- i love DS9 but always felt the writers were holding back a little, and then i watched babylon five and realized that it had pretty much everything i was missing from DS9

Multiple legal scholars I spoke with also independently highlighted something interesting to them -- the exclusion in this law of “religious counseling or peer support”, which is directly distinguished from "therapy". 6/

Q3: Is there a loophole & potential for harm here, where as long as "therapy" & similar isn't said by name, the same "services" might be provided? A: No. The law defines what the services are, and does not hinge on what they're referred to as. There are def grey areas in the definitions, though. 5/
