Somebody summed up Dawntrail's Living Memory so well. I cried so hard after Wuk Lamat's scene there. This is how fiction and fantasy intersects with life experiences and it's beautiful and sad, but I'm glad I experienced it when I did. This couldn't hit like it did without experiencing loss myself.
