How about the rest of us go just enjoy the day and honor our fallen.

I took this pic of then Vice President Joe Biden in the Oval Office back in September 2015. I’ll never forget how, during the 2020 campaign, he would make a point of saying the press is NOT the enemy of the people. Thinking of President Biden as he takes on this next battle. Godspeed Mr. President.

Since I administered the WH emoluments rules, let me explain why this is forbidden

Trump expressed interest in it before it was offered

He is going to use & benefit from it a while in office

And he's going to keep using it after he leaves!

Functionally, it's a gift to him & so it's illegal
Overseeing the presidential gift rules was among my duties as White House Ethics Czar -- so I know how it's supposed to work

The gift of this plane to Trump is illegal & unconstitutional

The AG & the WH Counsel oughtta be ashamed of themselves for allowing it

As we recognize Mental Health Awareness month, I’m deeply concerned about cuts to mental health services that support the most vulnerable among us. We must all continue to look out for and support one another.

White House seeks budget cuts for Justice Department law enforcement offices, sources say
The White House is poised to ask Congress to cut funding for several of the Justice Department's law enforcement offices under a budget proposal that would likely hamper its ability to carry out the Trump administration's pledge to crack down on violent crime, three sources familiar with the matter said.

Take a minute to remember "pre-existing conditions."

People HID their health problems from their doctors for fear of creating an excuse for insurance denial--because insurance denial meant denial of treatment.

The ACA stopped that. Republicans want to send us back.

Save the ACA. #ACASavesLives
