Are you saying: Arab states support Hamas which is an Israeli proxy, because they don't care about Palestinians and want good relations with the west?

Not because they are Muslim nations, but because they openly support the Palestinian cause and hate Israel. Then it would not make sense to support an Israeli proxy.
