That's true, they lost the feeling of mystery and kind of just became background. To be honest I forgot most of both of those games, but now that you mention it there was a bunch of forerunner stuff. You're right about them losing it after 3, but I do love ODST.

Destiny 2 is free, at least the base game. It's not Fortnight but I'd be surprised if Bungie ever used AI for anything. Also I think you'd like gun with bird skull:
