Because Bart used to say "eat my shorts" on the show. But he's a ghost so he's saying "eat my sheets." It's kind of the same but a little different because of the ghost. If it was a Homer costume he could have said "B'oo!" Instead of "D'oh!" Maybe that... and I'm about to run into the character limi
