Szechuan food, the starter with a local (asturiaan) twist; bocartes in crispy chili cured in dumpling Vinegar. Also hot and sour potatoes, crispy chili chicken but with oyster mushroom and saffron gelato. Not pictured is the fish fragrant eggplant. 🍜🍽️

Did a test run yesterday with my antique bake house / stone oven. Bread (three failures and one succes) and pizza. The last were all perfect. 🍕🍽️🍜

Sous vide prepared pork tenderloin (duroc), mushrooms in red wine sauce, roasted Brussel sprouts with walnut and apple (kanzi marinated in apple vinegar). 🍜🍽️
