When I was a law student at Queen's myself and two other law students got Queen's to become a No Sweat campus ensuring that everything bearing the Queen's logo is guaranteed to be made under fair working conditions. This was in 2004. Fast forward to 2025 when there are reporting obligations

Finally read Love Story by Erich Segal.

I’m a full professor, I’m a senior scholar, I’ve been at this for a VERY LONG TIME and I still (sometimes) overwork.

Leading a sustainable life requires thinking regularly about this, and developing a repertoire of strategies to avoid pushing yourself beyond the brink.
