Freaking YouTube is the worst offender. I put on a 6 hr compilation video to listen to as I went to bed. Got a full 8 hours and was only halfway through the video. RIDICULOUS.

I don't need your entire life story to cancel/reschedule your appointments. Just a simple "Hey, I missed my appointment on ___ day, can I get rescheduled?" will do.
