Definitely feels like magic

Then I spent 2 and a half hours "cleaning" up the digital file of the new Corporatocracy logo.

It's pretty sick.

At about 1:15pm I thought it was 9:30pm, so yeah, I get it

Yeah, they should include that too.

Which I totally get. I'm not asking for it to update without my go ahead. I'm asking for it to say "wanna update?" And when I say yes, it downloads the file and starts the install.

When it's done, it deletes the downloaded files, and we move on.

I was just wondering, cause the last time I ripped a CD I was surprised to realize that Winamp seemed to still be the best solution.

Or maybe I used Media Monkey...it was a while ago :)

I'm not even asking for auto-updates. Just when I say "Yes, update" I don't want to have to download a file and open it, etc. Cause I inevitably forget to delete them and before you know it my downloads folder is 20 GB of old install files

Just download it in app, and clean up the files at the end

I knew there had to be some reason...

I'm curious what software you use to rip CDs.

I think it's a combination of two things:

They know it's not sustainable, they just want to get theirs and get out before it falls.

BUT their greed convinces them that they can stay a bit longer, cash in a bit more before it's too late.

"Pride comes before the fall" as they say.

We got all the layouts done for CDs and Cassettes.

Even did some old school collage by tearing up pictures.

Spent the whole day making and being creative and DIYing and man does it feel good.

I've always thought it's pretty crazy to have such a huge country across such varied environments and expect everyone to agree how things should be run.

People thought the EU was a crazy idea, but we're not too far off.

That top one would make a pretty killer metal band logo.

(And none of this stopped me from buying a "Christmas" sweater with dancing skeletons that says "I prefer Halloween" 🫠 )
