I saw a POTS thing come up researching and comparing it with IST (Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia). POTS seems really hard to get help with or even diagnosed.

I did get to talk to dad about birds more than once and about how they have helped my mentals since covid. How I hope learning their songs will let me "see" them when I can't anymore. How it's a joy to see new and old species. Anywhere you travel, there they are waiting.
