periodic refresher that you don’t need to preface any feedback with “normally I hate X, but…” or “I thought this would be gross, but...” you can just say the nice thing without the negging first. type it out if you must but then delete it before you hit post

Taking l-lysine is supposed to help prevent them, and abreva does seem to speed up the whole process. I hate them too
