Personaly I don't see Retro being about age, but rather a major leap in innovation (ex. The jump from 2D to 3D).

I understand this point of view has its flaws, but it's weird to consider GTA IV Retro when it holds up better than some recent titles (in my opinion, at least).

Also went an extra step and added an Area2D around the player that checks if it's by an enemy and, if so, plays a random voiceline of a Half-Life 1 Scientist panicking. Not the best but hey, it's my first time using Godot and I'm proud of my progress so far :]
