I've just been taking care of them rather than socializing or existing for myself. or anything. i don't want to do anything but prioritize my family's happiness and health. I don't want to do anything i can't control. or aid in. I don't feel like a whole person like I remember feeling

or something. idk. when I get like that I have several different trains of thought trying to commentate / add something at once and it gets overwhelming and distracting. parts of me screaming out to feel and process and parts of me fighting to repress and ignore
