Destruction of political, economic, & cultural dependency.

Construction of a radical political consciousness, collective or communal modes of production, & cultural-epistemic projects

- interrupt racist coworkers
- address ambiguous (thinly veiled racist/ sexist/ homophobic etc) comments
- follow up on actions you say you're going to look into
- have a reputation of not tolerating colonial nonsense
