I agree only partially. LLMs can be dangerous in the hands of an unexperienced person. Example: I was asking questions to Claude Sonnet 4 about this solution:

I wanted to know if there are cases when dfs() will not explore most of the cells and AI told me that there are such cases, but this is actually incorrect, since we lack early returns.

Ah I understand what you mean. I think LC skills *do* correlate with being a good developer. At least with the ability to become one.
If you can solve a medium/hard LC you can tackle any problem on the job. The interview process is more difficult than the job basically.
