Christianity is a religion about following Jesus’ teachings of love, forgiveness, and spiritual salvation.

Christian nationalism is a political movement that uses Christian symbols and language to justify power, exclusion, and control — often in ways that conflict with Christianity’s core message.
I thought everyone ate pumpkin pie! I want to hang out with the apple crumb and coconut pie people.

(I had to google three of these, FYI)

It is sad to me that the NCAA and Dr Pepper talk about providing one student with tuition (she threw footballs at a target) while LSU is using $54M in actual Louisiana tax dollars to fire their last coach.

$54M would pay 4-year tuitions for 1,083 students at LSU.

Priorities, NCAA.

The commercials on the channel I'm watching have offered me 'vibrational therapy', 'full body repair', and 'peak masculinity'.

Three things - for just 3 payments of $49.99 - that I'M SURE would make my life better!

Al Michaels is the Chuck Schumer of football.

Jim Risch - you coward - come back to Idaho and meet us in person.

19 years in office and all you've done is OPPOSE helping Americans - so come talk to us in person (not on the phone) and tell us why you're now just rolling over and agreeing to ideas that hurt us even more.

I voted, I met the Mayor of Boise, and I met a new neighbor.
Pretty good day in the West Side neighborhood.

Amazon just announced 14,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $40M last year.

UPS announced 48,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $24M last year.

Intel announced 20,000 layoffs. Its new CEO's pay package is valued at nearly $69M.

This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

Newsom: The New Testament and Old Testament have one dominant thing in common—Matthew, Isaiah, Luke, Proverbs, go down the list—it’s about food, about serving those who are hungry. It’s not a suggestion; it’s core and essential to what it means to align with God’s will.

St. Al's with the new 'Bring It' advertisement - yikes.
It's like MMA meets hospital services. That was horrible.

(And the scene with the woman holding her leg in pain, just like Peter added a humorous element they probably didn't intend)

If I'm watching a movie on Prime and a commercial comes on for Rexulti, should I feel paranoid that my taste in movies may not be good for my overall mood?

I just wanted to watch a Paul Thomas Anderson movie.

(Dear Prime: I mute the TV during your ads)

Talarico: if you read the new testament, Jesus doesn't spend most of his time preaching or teaching or even praying. He spends most of his time healing the sick.

Right now, we have politicians in congress with Christ follower in their Twitter bio, but they are kicking the sick off their health care

Donald Trump shut down the government because he doesn't want you to have healthcare.

But this isn’t just on him. Democrats MUST use their leverage to protect our rights, but it can’t end there.

Schumer and Jeffries can’t just go on TV or write letters, they need clear demands. We need action now.

Someone PLEASE help Chuck Schumer with his news conferences.
Pete Buttigieg is so gifted at communicating in relevant stories - tell Chuck to call him!

No pressure boys...but please send the Padres packing.

NOTE: Tatis is allowed to play well, because he's a baller. But Machado is a horrible person who needs to fail miserably.

Chuck Schumer needs to stop going on news shows. He doesn’t understand what’s happening. He doesn’t know how to lead his party.

Q: ‘If you don’t get what you want, you’re okay to let the govt shut down?’

A: ‘Look, they aren’t even talking to us and hopefully Trump comes to his senses.’

Jimmy Kimmel's monologue was better delivered than any of the fictional speeches on The West Wing.

Class act, that guy.

When people are ignored and the game tilts against them, history shows it will escalate. But violence just trades one injustice for another — real change comes through solidarity, persistence, and collective action.

I have cancelled Disney+ and Paramount+ and I continue to debate with 'Christians'
