I don't understand this "86-47" thing.
As I know it, "86" means "we've run out of," not "cancel" or "remove" or "vacate" or anything like that.
All I'm seeing is "we're out of Trump." But that's not the case. We need to oust this pretender, but we haven't removed him yet.

Today was my first official Mother's Day, and only strangers wished me a happy one.
Funny how recognizing mothers is easier for those unfamiliar with each other.
But at least my toddler was happy to tell us about all the gifts she (didn't actually) get for us. Including various downtown murals!

I'm straight up in favor of a constitution that has an expiration date.
One whose rule isn't arbitrary with the times but also doesn't impose outdated standards for governing modern life.
The only thing that stays is for future constitutions to also require expiration dates.

Lost a friend tonight. Not in morbid way, just we're not friends anymore.
The loss itself kinda hurts, but not what I lost. I mean, I can only put up with so many misspelled words and phrases, and ChatGPT dependence. That's not a loss.

It's not even 9pm yet, but it's these dark hours that make me lie awake at night wondering if any of this is worth it, if I'm doing right by me, whether I should drink another cup of water and have more fuel for tears or restroom trips, or if I should just try to close my eyes one more night.
