when RWers say "grooming" they mean "threatening my patriarchal sexual authority, corrupting my property, damaging my goods." they don't actually mean anything to do with sexual abuse, which they see as perfectly permissible under the right circumstances.

Yikes, further along now, and this season is a completely muddled mess. Hard to say what the point of this was. Worst case scenario, people should be *furious* about it. Best case, it's just very stupid bad writing with nothing but unserious points of view. Too bad some good acting gets wasted here.
