I learned to cook when I was living in the MidEast., spent a few years there mainly on my own.. the cooks usually put curry powder on everything.. after a while, I couldn’t tolerate it

I grew up up watching her TV shows.. (Lassie was my Favorite) I remember an earlier time when she played Alvin York’s sister in the Gary Cooper movie .. there was something genuinely kind and gentle in her manner and spirit.. Heaven smiled today

Yeah, I grew up poor but members of my extended family had farms/ranches..my Dad and I helped them with their harvests and butchering .we also hunted and fished..a friend owned a Shrimp boat.. so we ate well..but now there is no safety net..Kids go hungry..SNAP and Free School Lunches are essential

How about giving the Military the same salary, bonuses, and benefits.. as ICE…don’t the people who actually protect and serve our country deserve it .. not a bunch of masked thugs…
