did you know if you work 40 hours a week (8 hours for 5 days) and you factor in REGULAR sleep (8 hours a night for 7 days) you have 40 hours of free time outside of work :) (the time you spend PREPARING FOR WORK/SLEEP and 2 days off if youre lucky)
