Respectfully, this is how you can *appear* to outperform others, but I don’t believe that one could AI their way through most jobs with actual success. Smoke and mirrors only work for so long.

All of the above sucks and makes me feel like an old lady but with bipolar… if I don’t sleep things get ugly fast. I don’t mess around when it comes to sleep.

Good sleep hygiene and a bed time routine helps. As someone who suffers from Bipolar depression, insomnia is still something I battle and medicate for. But, if I stick to a bed time, limit screen time before bed, drink some tea, avoid alcohol… it helps. Not a cure, but it helps.
