Just plain ol’ regular children’s bubble blower solution. I figure it’s a safe enough soap if a cat eats only a couple bubbles every few months, and Edward just loves chasing them, usually starts chattering at the sight of bubbles.
Alphonse doesn’t really care for them, on the other hand.

Spent an hour trying to locate a restore point in the 90-day backups with the requested files only for the user to clarify they probably haven’t existed in the past 3 years.
