The spine doesn't "bend" from the waist.
In forward push-ups, healthy movement is born in the hips, as the spine lengthens.
When we understand anatomy, the body stops suffering and starts to cooperate.
Yoga is an awareness, not a requirement.

🧵Eat warm, easily digestible foods like soups & broths. Avoid cold, heavy, fried, & oily foods-they weaken digestion. Limit dairy products-they may increase mucus production. Stay hydrated by sipping warm water throughout the day to help flush out toxins & thin mucus.
