The Association of Language Companies (ALC) has published a Language Access Toolkit to help individuals know and claim their language rights and to help community members and organizations in advocating for language equity.

Language access is not just about compliance, it empowers people and strengthens communities, while ensuring safety, dignity, and equal participation in education, healthcare, public services, and everyday life.

Lack of language access can lead to miscommunications, missed opportunities, and medical misdiagnoses. In the US, anyone who doesn't speak or understand English well has a legal right to language access in certain settings, incl. healthcare, education, and government services.

Where do you get the idea that I support genocide or don't support equal rights for you? You don't know me, my background, my intentions, but you choose to continue to attack me and my business. How can we beat fascism when people like you and I fight each other. That's exactly what the right wants.

This is completely uncalled for. I'm more on your side than not. We will lose democracy as long as each fraction of the non-right-wing population has 0 tolerance for anything outside their very specific beliefs and keeps fighting each other, rather than building coalitions to fight fascism.
