Over the past decade, the number of worker-owned #coops has more than tripled. Most owners are women; nearly half are people of color. They prioritize keeping employees during economic slumps. The highest earners make ~1.5x more than the lowest (typical US CEO earns 344x). (source: @usworker.coop)
